Design Options

To produce the highest quality output, we suggest that you create all of your design work in CMYK full vector graphics. This will reduce any chance of pixelation or fuzziness in the final product. We will accept raster artwork, however, if it is not optimized for your product's true size with a high dpi setting, then it may not produce crystal clear output. We've put together customer design templates for each product to help aid you in your design creation using either Photoshop or Illustrator.
Yes, we have a full design service staff on the premises. The fee for this service is $15 per 1/2 hour. To order design services for an order, simply place the order without artwork and then use your artwork management portal (link will be sent after ordering) to send a message directly to our design team. Yes. We want you to be 100% happy with your order and have built our customers an interactive Artwork Management system that requires you to review and approve a digital proof of each item in your order(s) before we can send them off to manufacturing. We do not offer hard copies by default, however, we can provide a physical copy for an additional fee of $15 per proof, per design.
Yes, and you can even give each design its own project name when building your cart/order, however, each design/project will be considered a separate button manufacturing process. This simply means that minimum quantities and volume/quantity discounts are handled per design rather than per order.

For example, if you need 100 pinback buttons split evenly into "Design A" and "Design B", you would simply add 50 pinback buttons to your cart along with the Design A artwork and then repeat the process for Design B, prior to checking out. Unfortunately, your order would not qualify for the 100 quantity volume discount because it represents 2 distinct manufacturing processes.
Absolutely not - our process includes the highest quality commercial, full-color, finest-resolution laser printing available. So, the sky is the limit!
Yes! We are a full-range custom product manufacturer and can produce any sort of promotional product you can imagine. Contact us with your requirements and we'll provide a customized quote in less than 4 hours.
We generally do not offer product samples. Instead, we have built a large library of high-resolution digital product samples throughout our site so that you can inspect the quality of our products online. We do understand that sometimes there's nothing better than holding a product in your hand and for those cases, upon request, we can send you a sample kit for a nominal fee.

After we have received your artwork, a designer will post a visual mockup of your products to your account using the artwork that you provide. You will then be notified that we are waiting for your approval before we can begin production of your order. Once you have approved the mockup, our standard production time is 5 business days or less, not including shipping time which averages 3-7 business days for standard (free) shipping. We also offer rush options for an additional fee.
We have 3 different rush options available, each for additional fees. Each option offers faster production and shipping times:

3 business days production + 3-day shipping

2 business days production + 2-day shipping

1 business day production + 1-day shipping
Our standard carrier is FedEx, however, from time to time, at our discretion we may utilize USPS services for our free shipping option.
